摘  要:针对535 kV张北四端柔性直流输电工程,分析了柔直换流阀子模块IGBT工作特性和电磁骚扰耦合机理,搭建了子模块电磁仿真模型,采用矩量法仿真计算了子模块近场电磁骚扰分布。根据仿真结果及张北工程子模块技术参数,优化了子模块结构及二次控制板卡设计,进行了子模块研制。依据相关标准,完成了子模块电磁兼容试验,试验结果验证了子模块电磁骚扰分析的正确性和子模块电磁兼容设计的合理性。本文的研究成果已成功应用于张北工程,可对后续直流工程的换流阀子模块设计提供参考。Aiming at the 535 kV Zhangbei four⁃terminal VSC⁃HVDC transmission project,the working characteris⁃tics and electromagnetic disturbance coupling mechanism of IGBT of the VSC⁃HVDC valve sub⁃module are ana⁃lyzed,the electromagnetic simulation model of the sub⁃module is set up and the method of moments is used to simu⁃late and calculate the sub⁃module near⁃field electromagnetic disturbance distribution.The sub⁃module structure and the design of the secondary control board are optimized in accordance with the simulation results.The technical pa⁃rameters of the sub⁃module of Zhangbei project and the sub⁃module is developed.According to relevant standards,the electromagnetic compatibility test of the sub⁃module is completed,and the correctness of the electromagnetic disturbance analysis of the sub⁃module and the rationality of the electromagnetic compatibility design of the sub⁃mod⁃ule are verified by the test result.The research results in this paper have been successfully applied to the Zhangbei project,which can provide references for the design of converter valve sub⁃modules in subsequent DC projects.
