芳香族电压稳定剂改善聚乙烯电缆绝缘材料耐电性能的研究进展

摘　　要：随着高压、特高压技术的快速发展,电力电缆中应用的电压等级在不断提高,对聚乙烯电缆绝缘材料的绝缘性能提出了更高的要求。添加电压稳定剂可以有效抑制电树枝,是提高聚乙烯电缆绝缘材料耐电性能的重要方法之一。文中介绍了聚乙烯电缆绝缘材料的电老化过程;然后结合电树枝引发和发展分析了3种类型电压稳定剂的作用机理,分别为自由基清除剂类电压稳定剂,缓和强电场类电压稳定剂和俘获高能电子类电压稳定剂;详述了芳香族电压稳定剂在提升聚乙烯耐电性能方面的研究进展;最后展望了电压稳定剂日后研究的发展方向。With the rapid development of high-voltage and ultra-high-voltage power transmission technology,the voltage level of power cable applications continues to increase,and higher requirements on the insulation perfor-mance of cable insulation materials are placed.Adding voltage stabilizer can effectively suppress electrical tree and is one of the important methods to improve the electrical strength of polyethylene cable insulation materials.In this paper,the electrical aging process of polyethylene cable insulation materials is introduced.Then,the action mecha-nism of such three types of voltage stabilizers as the strong voltage stabilizer of the moisture scavenger,the moderate voltage adsorbent and the suppression of the high-energy electronic voltage stabilizer is analyzed in combination with the inception and propagation of electrical tree.After that,the research progress of aromatic voltage stabilizers in im-proving the electrical resistance performance of polyethylene is described in detail.Finally,the development direc-tion of voltage stabilizer research is prospected.
