摘 要:采用拟静力伺服液压设备对发泡聚苯乙烯(expanded polystyrene,简称EPS)轻质混凝土密度均为1200 kg/m^(3)的JLQ-1、JLQ-2与JLQ-3组合墙体试件进行了试验研究,以分析拟静力荷载对含有约束边缘构件的轻钢-EPS轻质混凝土组合墙体的力学性能影响,及其在拟静力往复荷载作用下内部型钢骨架与表面混凝土的应变变形情况。试验结果表明:型钢骨架横向拉结条均以受拉为主,斜向拉结条、型钢立柱与型钢暗柱、型钢腹板等部位既受拉又受压,其中,沿型钢骨架高度方向自上而下型钢腹板应变片压应变与拉应变逐渐增大;在拟静力往复荷载作用下,EPS轻质混凝土墙体上部混凝土横向布置的应变片以受拉为主,竖向布置的应变片既受拉又受压。综合分析,可得出轻钢-EPS轻质混凝土在拟静力往复荷载作用下具有良好的力学与变形性能,型钢骨架竖向中下部受力变形较大。轻钢-EPS轻质混凝土组合墙体是由冷弯薄壁C型钢骨架与EPS轻质混凝土构成,两者的组合能够充分发挥材料各自的优点,实现1加1大于2的效果。Three composite wall specimens JLQ-1,JLQ-2 and JLQ-3 with expanded polystyrene(EPS)lightweight concrete density of 1200 kg/m^(3) were tested with quasi-static servo hydraulic equipment.The main purpose of the test was to study the influence of quasi-static load on the mechanical properties of light steel-EPS lightweight concrete composite wall with constrained edge components.The change of the strain deformation of the inner steel frame and surface concrete of the light steel-EPS lightweight concrete composite wall under the action of quasi-static cyclic reciprocating load were analyzed.The experimental results show that the transverse tie bars of the section steel frame are mainly tensile,while the oblique tie bars,the steel posts and the steel concealed columns,and the steel web are all tensile and compressive.Along the height of the section steel frame from top to bottom,the compressive strain and tensile strain values of the steel web strain gauge increase gradually.The horizontal strain gauge placed on the upper concrete of EPS lightweight concrete wall is mainly tensile under the action of quasi-static cyclic reciprocating load,while the vertical strain gauge is tensile and compressive.Comprehensive analysis,it can draw that light steel-EPS lightweight concrete under quasi-static cyclic reciprocating load has a good mechanics and deformation performance,the stress deformation of the midlle and lower part of the section steel frame in the vertical direction is lager.The light steel-EPS lightweight concrete composite wall is composed of cold-formed thin-walled C-shape steel frame and EPS lightweight concrete,a combination of the two can give full play to the advantages fo the materials,achieve the effect that one plus one is greater than two.
