摘  要:桁架钢筋混凝土叠合板因具有生产效率高、质量易把控、施工周期短等优点而被广泛应用,但叠合板在堆放、运输、装卸车及现场安装过程中易开裂。针对叠合板开裂问题,探究了叠合板吊装过程中开裂影响因素及演化规律,在此基础上,研发了一种适用于装配式建筑用叠合板新型抗裂施工关键技术。该技术提出了以传统支撑木枋结合施加预应力钢索的叠合板支撑固定装置和叠合板新型抗裂施工工艺。实际工程应用表明,该技术具有施工工艺流程简便、施工成本低和验收合格率高等优势,经济效益和社会效益显著。Truss reinforced concrete laminated slab is widely used because of its advantages of high production efficiency,easy quality control and short construction period.However,laminated slab is easy to crack during stacking,transportation,loading and unloading and field installation.Aiming at the cracking problem of laminated slab,the influencing factors and evolution law of cracking in the hoisting process of laminated slab were explored.On this basis,a key technology for new crack-resistant construction of laminated slab for fabricated buildings was developed.This technology puts forward a fixed device of laminated slab support with traditional support wood keel combined with prestressed steel cable and a new crack-resistant construction technology of laminated slab.The practical engineering application shows that the technology has the advantages of simple construction process,low construction cost and high acceptance rate,and has remarkable economic and social benefits.
