高层工业厂房设备振动激励下的楼盖舒适度评估

摘　　要：以某十二层框架结构高层工业厂房为研究对象,首先,根据对企业常规生产设备调研数据的基础上,确定了舒适度评估所采用的4类三相异步电动机型号,并依据《建筑楼盖结构振动舒适度技术标准》(JGJ/T 441—2019)给出电动机的扰力表达式。然后,建立高层工业厂房结构的有限元模型,通过模态分析确定楼盖竖向自振频率最低的楼层,并确定楼盖薄弱区域;在此基础上,考虑不同电动机型号和布置位置设置了12种工况,根据动力时程分析结果,得出最不利的电动机型号。最后,进一步考虑电动机数量、布置位置及振动相位差等影响设置了12种工况,以楼盖竖向振动峰值加速度为评价指标进行分析,结果表明:不同工况下楼盖的不利点竖向峰值加速度均小于规范限值,在企业常规生产设备振动影响下,该厂房楼盖的舒适度满足规范要求。由此对高层工业厂房振动设备布置提出了不宜过于集中、保留适当距离、采取适当减振措施等建议。This paper takes a twelve-story frame structure industrial building as the research object.First,based on the survey data of conventional production equipment of beauty companies,four type equipment of three-phase asynchronous motor models are selected for comfort evaluation.The equipment disturbance force equation is obtained based on the"Technical Standard for Human Comfort in Floor Vibration(JGJ/T 441-2019)".Then,a finite element model is established,and the floor with the lowest vertical natural vibration fre-quency is determined through modal analysis.W eak areas of the floor are also obtained.On this basis,12 work-ing conditions with different motor type equipment and layout positions are investigated and the most unfavorable motor type is obtained according to the dynamic time history analysis.Finally,12 working conditions are studied by further considering the influence of the number of motors,layout positions and vibration phase difference.The peak acceleration of the vertical vibration of the floor is used as the evaluation index.The results show that the maximum vertical peak acceleration of the floor under different working conditions is less than the specification limit.Under the influence of the vibration of the conventional production equipment of beauty companies,the human comfort level meets the standard requirements.Based on the analysis results,some suggestions are put forward for the layout of vibration equipment in the high-rise industrial building,such as not being too concentrated,keeping appropriate distance,and taking appropriate vibration reduction measures.
