摘 要:紫外光固化修复技术因其施工快速、整体性强、防腐性高在排水管道功能性修复中占据着重要地位,但是受限于紫外光固化树脂存放条件、修复工艺复杂、修复后软管与管壁脱离及只能针对圆管修复的局限性,大大影响了紫外光固化修复技术的发展。本文从紫外光固化树脂入手,利用添加剂对其进行改性,使紫外光固化树脂能实现喷涂作业,达到非结构性、防腐抗渗的修复目的,实现对异形断面和检查井的喷涂修复,同时可以延长修复构件的使用寿命,达到快速环保施工,满足管道快速修复的需求。UV curing repair technology plays an important role in the functional repair of drainage pipelines due to its fast construction speed,strong integrity,and high anti-corrosion resistance.However,due to the re-quirement of storage conditions,complexity of the repair processes,detachment of hoses from pipe walls after repair,and the limitations that it can only repair circular pipes,the development of UV curing repair technology has been greatly affected.In this paper,a new technology that uses additives to modify UV-curable resin to a-chieve spraying operations is introduced.This method achieves the purpose of non-structural,anti-corrosion and impermeability repair.This method enables spray repair for irregular sections and inspection wells,extending the service life of repaired parts.This method meets the demands for rapid pipeline repair and environmentally friendly construction.
