摘 要:通过真球气泡法测定了相同总浓度下、不同复配比的阴离子型表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)表面张力,探究加入阳离子型表面活性剂十二烷基三甲基溴化铵(DTAB)后复配体系的相互作用。结果表明,无论何种复配体系,在任意总浓度下,其表面张力的最低值都处于相同的复配比例,故认为有一个简易得到复配体系最低表面张力的方法,即在总浓度一定时,找到表面张力值最低时的复配比例,并在此比例下求得cmc值;复配体系泡沫性能优劣的排序与其表面活性大小的排序一致,故泡沫最佳性能的获取方法与复配体系最小表面张力值获取方法一致;并通过建立模型,定义且计算了表面张力系数(K)值。The anionic surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)at different compound ratios at the same total concentration was determined by the real sphere bubble method to explore the interaction of the compounding system after the addition of cationic surfactant dodecyltrimethylammonium bromide(hereinafter referred to as DTAB).The result showed that no matter what kind of compound system,the lowest value of surface tension is at the same compound ratio at any total concentration,so this paper believes that there is a simple method to obtain the lowest surface tension of the composite system,that is,when the total concentration is fixed,find the compound ratio when the surface tension value is lowest,and obtain the cmc value under this ratio.It was found that the ranking of the foam performance of the composite system was consistent with the order of its surface activity size,so the method of obtaining the best foam performance was consistent with the method of obtaining the minimum surface tension value of the composite system.The surface tension coefficient K value is defined and calculated by establishing a model.
