摘  要:以煤基粉焦为原料,氢氧化钾为活化剂,制备粉焦基活性炭,探索其对苯酚的吸附规律。结果表明,剂料质量比为2,升温速率为10℃/min, 800℃活化90 min时,所制活性炭亚甲基蓝值为354.54 mg/g,产率为82.40%;苯酚初始浓度增加,可提高活性炭平衡吸附值,吸附符合Langmuir方程,温度升高不利于吸附,活性炭吸附平衡时间为4 h,振荡速率提高可缩短吸附平衡时间,浓度、温度和振荡速率变化不改变吸附过程规律,吸附过程符合准二级动力学方程。The coal-based powder coke was used as raw material,potassium hydroxide was used as activator,the preparation process of powder coke based activated carbon was studied,the adsorption rule of phenol was explored.The results showed that the mass ratio of activator to raw material is 2∶1,the heating rate is 10℃/min at 800℃,the activation time is 90 min,the methylene blue adsorption value is 354.54 mg/g,the productivity of the activated carbon is 82.40%.The increase of initial phenol concentration can improve the equilibrium adsorption capacity of activated carbon,and the adsorption conforms to the Langmuir equation.The temperature increase is not conducive to adsorption.The adsorption equilibrium time of activated carbon is 4 h,and the increase of oscillation rate can shorten the adsorption equilibrium time.The change of concentration,temperature and oscillation rate do not change the adsorption process law,and the adsorption process conforms to the quasi-second-order kinetic equation.
