摘  要:综述了工业上乙苯合成的主要研究及现状,介绍了乙苯的工业应用及市场规模,根据烷基化法乙苯合成技术的迭代顺序对不同催化剂及其工业应用进行了梳理总结。详细阐述了国内乙苯工业生产采用的乙烯法(含干气法)和新的技术方向乙醇法的工业应用。详细总结了乙醇法的酸催化的反应机理及研究进展。结合当前国内煤基乙醇的工业化发展趋势分析了乙醇法具备的优势,并结合作者课题组乙醇法研究进展对该技术路线的催化体系的研究方向进行了展望。The main research and present situation of industrial synthesis of ethylbenzene are reviewed.The industrial application and market scale of ethylbenzene are firstly introduced.The different alkylation catalysts and their industrial applications are summarized according to the iteration of the synthesize technology of ethylbenzene by alkylation reaction.The domestic industrial applications of ethylene technology(including dry gas process)and the new technical direction for ethylbenzene production from ethanol are reviewed in detail.The research progress and acid catalytic mechanism of ethanol technology are summarized systematically.Finally,based on the current development trend of domestic industrialization of coal-based ethanol,the advantages of ethanol method were analyzed.Combined with the research progress of ethanol method in the author’s research group,the research direction of catalytic system of this technology route was prospected in the end.
