摘 要:柔性多状态开关(Flexible Multi-State Switch,FMSS)是一种取代传统点断式开关应用于现代配电网的新型电力电子设备,能够优化现代配电网分布式电源的消纳和调控。相比于传统背靠背型柔性多状态开关,四端口柔性多状态开关可实现不同电压等级和不同区域网的柔性互联及潮流互济。以模块化多电平变流器(Modular Multilevel Converter,MMC)为基础的四端口FMSS装置为研究对象,针对常规控制策略影响系统频率稳定性,无法对弱交流电网提供频率支撑等问题,引入虚拟同步控制(Virtual Synchronization Control,VSC)策略。该方法使柔性多状态开关具备惯性响应特性和调频能力,在此基础上提出直流电压裕度控制,形成整体的虚拟同步裕度控制,确保直流母线电压发生故障或扰动下FMSS的可靠运行。最后,通过Matlab/Simulink搭建四端FMSS模型,利用仿真验证所提控制策略的可行性。Flexible multi-state switch(FMSS)is a new type of power electronic equipment used in modern distribution network to replace the traditional point break switch,which can optimize the consumption and regulation of distributed power generation in modern distribution network.Compared with the traditional back-to-back flexible multi-state switch,the four port flexible multi-state switch can realize flexible interconnection and power flow mutual assistance of different voltage levels and different regional networks.Taking the four port FMSS device based on the modular multilevel converter(MMC)as the research object,the virtual synchronization control(VSC)strategy is proposed to solve the problems that the conventional control strategy affects the frequency stability of the system and cannot provide frequency support for the weak AC power grid.This method enables the flexible multi-state switch to have inertial response characteristics and frequency modulation ability.On this basis,the DC voltage margin control is introduced to form an overall virtual synchronous margin control,which ensures the reliable operation of FMSS in the event of DC bus voltage failure or disturbance.Finally,a four terminal FMSS model is built by Matlab/Simulink,and the feasibility of the proposed control strategy is verified by simulation.
