摘 要:为解决学龄前儿童由于感觉统合失调引起的认知功能障碍,而现有产品却无法同时满足学龄前儿童多种感官需求的问题。提出一种定量分析的方法,以衡量各项功能因素在感统产品设计中所发挥的作用,并强调功能因素在其中的重要地位。首先,通过Kano模型与模糊德尔菲法(FDM)以定量的方式计算获取感统产品功能因素指标,构建指标体系;其次,使用层次分析法(AHP)对指标体系进行权重计算;最后,运用模糊综合评价法(FCE)对三种设计方案进行评价,获得产品改进意见。该方法可有效地对感统产品进行设计与评价研究,并筛选出最佳设计方案。以功能为导向并通过定量分析的方法对感统产品设计方案展开设计与优化分析,能够帮助设计师更好的以功能因素为主导进行儿童感统产品设计,使产品更加契合用户需求。Objective of this paper is to address the problem of preschool children’s cognitive dysfunction due to sensory integration disorder,while existing products are unable to meet multiple sensory needs of preschool children at the same time.A quantitative analysis was proposed to measure the role played by each functional factor in sensory product design and to emphasize the importance of functional factors in it.Firstly,the Kano model and the fuzzy Delphi method(FDM)were used to calculate the indicators of functional factors of sensory products in a quantitative way and to construct an indicator system;secondly,the weights of the indicator system were calculated using the hierarchical analysis method(AHP);finally,the three design solutions were evaluated using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method(FCE)to obtain product improvement opinions.The method can effectively conduct design and evaluation studies on sensory products and screen out the best design solutions.Conclusion Function-oriented design and optimization analysis of sensory product design solutions through quantitative analysis can help designers better design children’s sensory products based on functional factors,so that the products can be more suitable for user needs.
