摘 要:随着“碳达峰碳中和”目标的提出,风电行业发展迅猛,风电装机容量大幅增长。目前市场上普遍采用水平轴风电机组,水平轴风电机组必须利用风向标实时测量来流风向发送至控制系统,控制系统实时调向至正对风,风电机组才能正常运行,风向标的初始安装方向的准确率将长期影响风电机组功率输出性能。目前现场人员通常通过目测大致调整风向标安装方向,因人工目测安装存在较大偏差,使风电机组始终无法正对风发电,发电量损失巨大。本文专门研究设计多种使用便捷高效的风向标校准装置用于风向标校准安装。With the proposal of the goal of"carbon peak carbon neutrality",the wind power industry has developed rapidly,and the installed capacity of wind power has increased significantly.At present,horizontal axis wind turbines are widely used in the market.The horizontal axis wind turbines must use real-time wind vane measurement to send the flow direction to the control system,and the control system can be adjusted to the positive wind turbine in real time to operate normally.The accuracy rate of the initial installation direction of the wind vane will affect the power output performance of the wind turbine for a long time.At present,on-site personnel usually adjust the installation direction of the wind vane roughly by visual inspection,because there is a large deviation in manual visual installation,so that the wind turbine can not be directly against the wind power generation,and the loss of power generation is huge.This paper focuses on the design of a variety of convenient and efficient wind vane calibration devices for wind vane calibration and installation.
