浅谈南非电力危机

摘　　要：近期,南非国内电力短缺的情况越发严重,大规模轮流停电时间越来越长,甚至出现了一天之内停电长达十几小时的情况,严重影响了当地民众的正常生活,长此积压,引发了国内严重的电力危机,进而导致了国家灾难状态的发生。本文通过对南非电力供应的现状、电力危机发生的原因,以及下一步走向的分析,结合龙源电力南非德阿项目的开发运营经验,论述了中企在南非投资开发新能源项目中存在的机会。Recently,South Africa is facing increasingly severe circumstance of power shortage,by which large-scale rolling power cuts have been sharpening continuously,even for more than ten hours in a day,which has conversely affected the normal life of local people.This backlog has triggered a serious power crisis in South Africa,which led to the occurrence of a national disaster finally.Based on the analysis of the current situation of power supply in South Africa,the causes of power crisis and the following trend,combined with the development and operation experience of Longyuan Power's De Aar wind power project in South Africa,the paper discusses the existing opportunities for Chinese enterprises in terms of the investments in developing new energy projects in South Africa.
