摘  要:风力发电是可再生能源发电的重要表现形式,也是目前世界各国重点发展的具有全球竞争力的战略性新兴产业之一。随着风电机组单机容量的不断增加,风电变流器的可靠性问题也日益突出。经研究发现,温度问题已经成为影响变流器可靠性的最主要因素。针对风电变流器在应用过程中频发的故障问题,文章对变流器发热机理、失效机理和稳定性影响因素进行深入研究与剖析,并建立热损耗模型。通过研究发现影响变流器发热的原因主要有变流器本体设计、工作环境温度高、热阻系数增加、通风量不足等,并对解决方案进行探索,对降低风电变流器故障率、设备升级改造、延长使用寿命和变流器运维具有重要的指导意义。The wind power generation is an important form of renewable energy generation and one of the strategic emerging industries with global competitiveness.Tthe capacity of single wind turbine is increasing,and the reliability of wind power converter is becoming more and more important,It is found that temperature has become the most important factor affecting the reliability of converter,In view of the frequent over.breakdown temperature problem of wind power converters in the application process,the heating mechanism,failure mechanism and stability factors of the converters are deeply studied and analyzed,and the heat loss model is established,Through the research,it is found that the main reasons affecting the converter heating are converter body design,high working environment temperature,thermal resistance coefficient increase,insufficient ventilation,etc.,and the solution is explored,which is of great significance to reduce the fault rate of wind power converter,upgrade the equipment,prolong the service life and maintain the converter.
