摘　　要：金明秀教授认为痹证各个时期治疗侧重有所不同,顽痹作为痹之重证多具有四肢关节肿胀严重,病程长久,病变范围广泛的特点。治疗时当补肝肾以固本,逐痰瘀以治标,同时兼顾未受邪脏腑。Professor Jin Mingxiu considers that the treatment for arthralgia is different in different periods,as the severe pattern,refractory arthralgia has the characteristics of serious swelling of the extremities and joints,a long course of disease,and a wide range of lesions.The treatment should adopt invigorating liver and kidney to consolidate the fundamentals,dispelling phlegm stagnation to treat the superficial cause,meanwhile,pay attention to the prevention before the disease attacks.
