摘　　要：从“毒”的含义、种类及毒邪致病特点与类风湿性关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)证候相关性出发,结合临床实践深入探讨毒邪学说与RA的证治规律,认为RA具有鲜明的毒邪致病特征,毒邪是RA发病及其演变过程中最重要的因素,毒邪侵袭是RA病因病机的关键,从毒论治是RA的最终转归。强调在RA治疗上要抓住毒之主线,辨“毒”论治,通络祛毒,同时全程注重兼调脏腑,扶正补虚,使致病之毒有路可出,毒祛正安,并结合临床系统阐述了从毒论治RA的治则治法,以期为临床治疗RA拓展新的思路和方法。The paper discusses toxin-pathogen theory and the rules of treatment and syndromes of rheu-matoid arthritis(RA)from the meaning and types of toxin,the characteristics of toxin-pathogen,and its connec-tions with the syndromes of RA,combined with clinical practices,RA has distinctive toxic pathogenic features,toxin-pathogen is of vital importance in the incidence of RA and its development,toxin-pathogen invasion is the key to the cause and pathogenesis of RA,treatment from toxin is the ultimate outcome of RA.Importance should be attached to grasping the toxin as the main line in the treatment of RA,toxin differentiation and treatment,unobstructing collateral and eliminating toxin,meanwhile,the regulation of viscera,enhancing healthy Qi and tonifying the deficiency should be emphasized during the entire process,so that the toxin-pathogen could be eliminated,expelling toxin to keep healthy,therapeutic principles and methods of treatment of RA from toxin were explored by combining clinical cases,hoping to expand new thinking and methods for clinical treatment of RA.
