桂枝茯苓丸对慢性盆腔炎患者血清hs-CRP、IL-8、IL-10、TGF-β1、GM-CSF及补体C3水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨桂枝茯苓丸对慢性盆腔炎(chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,CPID)患者血清炎症因子、血液流变学、机体免疫力的影响。方法:选取CPID患者139例,通过暗箱抽号法随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组66例,观察组73例。对照组给予甲硝唑口服,观察组在甲硝唑口服的基础上给予桂枝茯苓丸口服;比较两组患者临床症状改变情况,通过实验室检查两组患者血清中超敏C反应蛋白(hypersensitive C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)、白细胞介素8(Interleukin-8,IL-8)、白细胞介素10(Interleukin-10,IL-10)、转化生长因子β1(transforming growth factor-β1,TGF-β1)、巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(granulocytemacrophage colony stimulating factor,GM-CSF)、血液流变学、补体C3表达水平。结果:治疗后,观察组血清指标hs-CRP、IL-10、TGF-β1、GM-CSF、补体C3较对照组明显降低(P<0.05),观察组IL-8表达水平较对照组显著升高(P<0.05);观察组红细胞沉降率、血浆黏度、血浆黏度高切、血浆黏度低切、红细胞比积较对照组显著下降(P<0.05);观察组临床症状积分(主症、次症)较对照组显著降低(P<0.05);观察组总有效率[91.78%(67/73)]高于对照组[81.81%(54/66)](P<0.05)。结论:甲硝唑配合桂枝茯苓丸口服可有效降低患者血清指标炎症、降低血浆黏稠度、改善临床症状、增强机体免疫力。Objective:To investigate the effects of Guizhi Fuling pills on serum inflammation,hemorh-eology and immunity of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(CPID).Methods:All 139 CPID patients were selected,randomized into the control group(66 cases)and the observation group(73 cases)by the dark box method.The control group took metronidazole orally,and the observation group accepted oral administration of Guizhi Fuling pills based on Western medicine;to compare the changes of clinical symptoms between both groups,to detect the levels of hs-CRP,IL-8,IL-10,TGF-β1,GM-CSF,hemorheology and complement C3 in patients between both groups through the lab.Results:After the treatment,the levels of hs-CRP,IL-10,TGF-β1,GM-CSF and complement C3 of the observation group were lower than these of the control group noticeably(P<0.05),the expressions of IL-8 of the observation group were higher than these of the control group remarkably(P<0.05);erythrocyte sedimentation rate,plasma viscosity,plasma viscosity high shear,plasma viscosity low shear,and erythrocyte specific volume were significantly decreased in the observation group compared with the control group(P<0.05);The decrease of clinical symptom integrals(main symptom and secondary symptom)was more remarkable than that of the control group(P<0.05);total effective rate of the observation group was[91.78%(67/73)],higher than[81.81%(54/66)]of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Metronidazole combined with Guizhi Fuling pills for oral administration could effectively reduce inflammatory factors,decrease plasma viscosity,improve clinical symptoms and enhance immunity.
