摘  要:以直喷发动机喷油器研究对象,分析了多域流量特性,根据其工作特性建立了喷油器模型,将不同的喷油过程分为弹道区、线性区和过渡区,用于计算喷油脉宽;依据现代软件开发流程结合Simulink平台建立了变结构控制算法并进行了封装测试;依据喷油器流量测试结果对控制模型进行了标定。结果表明:该控制策略实现了低流量区域和过渡区域的喷油偏差率保持在5%以内,高流量区域的喷油偏差率保持在3%以内。Taking the direct injection engine injector as the research object,the multi-domain flow characteristics were analyzed,and the injector model was established based on its operating characteris⁃tics.The different injection processes were divided into ballistic region,linear region and transition re⁃gion for calculating the injection pulse width.Secondly,according to the modern software development process and Simulink platform,the variable structure control algorithm was established and tested.Fi⁃nally,the control model was calibrated according to the fuel injector flow test results.The result shows that the injection errors of low flow area and transition area are both less than 5%,and the injection error of high flow area is less than 3%.
