摘 要:发动机飞轮在高转速运行工况下需承受很大的旋转惯性力,有开裂失效的风险。为减少项目开发费用,在设计冻结前需要通过仿真手段来评估其是否能满足试验要求。传统仿真分析方法经常会出现仿真结果不满足静强度设计要求,但能通过试验的情况。因此,利用相对应力梯度对材料许用应力有修正作用的原理,提出基于静态安全系数的飞轮静强度分析方法。结果表明:该方法的分析结果与试验结果相吻合,避免了结构的过设计,可起到对飞轮减重降本的作用。The flywheel has the risk of crack failure due to the large rotational inertia force at high speed.In order to reduce the cost of project development,simulation method is needed to evaluate whether it can pass the test in the early stage of design freezing.The simulation results of traditional analysis methods often do not meet the requirements of static strength design,but can pass the test.Therefore,based on the principle that the relative stress gradient can modify the allowable stress of mate⁃rials,a flywheel static strength analysis method based on static safety factor is proposed.The results show that the analysis results of this method are consistent with the experimental results,avoiding the overdesign of the structure and having the effect of reducing weight and cost on the flywheel.
