摘 要:以6.7 L国六柴油机油气分离器为研究对象,分析其结构特点,并在原有油气分离器结构基础上对其进行优化设计。优化设计后的油气分离器采用计算流体动力学(CFD)有限元分析软件进行稳态压力及流速分析,并结合德国Topas油气分离试验台进行试验验证。结果表明:通过增加滤棉、缩小孔径、增加孔数等优化措施,实现了对油气分离器曲轴箱通风系统窜气机油携带质量流量小于1.0g/h的设计目标,使其排放达到了国六排放法规要求。Taking the 6.7 L ChinaⅥdiesel oil gas separator as the research object,the structural characteristics of the oil gas separator were analyzed.Based on the original oil gas separator structure,the oil gas separator was optimized and designed.Computational fluid dynamics(CFD)finite element analysis software was used for steady-state pressure and flow rate analysis,and experimental verification was conducted on the Topas oil and gas separation test bench in Germany.The results show that by opti⁃mizing measures such as adding filter cotton,reducing pore size,and increasing the pore number to the oil gas separator,the design goal of less than 1.0 g/h of the oil carrying mass flow rate for the crankcase ventilation system has been achieved,and its emissions have met the requirements of the national emis⁃sion regulations.
