标本法在寒热辨证荨麻疹的应用浅议

摘　　要：荨麻疹以鲜红色、苍白色风团伴瘙痒为主要表现,辨证可以寒热统领,在标本法理论指导下,辨证何经为病或是否发生六经传变,根据六经病变选取对证方药,简便易操作。Urticaria is mainly characterized by bright red and pale white wind masses accompanied by itching.Syndrome differentiation can be guided by cold and heat.Under the guidance of the theory of specimen method,it is easy to distinguish which meridian is a disease or whether there is a change in the six meridians.According to the pathological changes in the six meridians,the corresponding prescription is selected,which is simple and easy to operate.
