摘 要:为获得某制冷装置用小型压力容器的脉冲疲劳寿命,利用前处理软件HyperMesh对该小型压力容器进行网格划分,之后利用有限元求解器OptiStruct进行脉冲载荷疲劳寿命计算,并对该小型压力容器进行脉冲疲劳测试。结果表明:现有小型压力容器的脉冲疲劳寿命数值分析结果为41960次,测试结果平均寿命为44124次,寿命次数计算误差在±5%以内;测试疲劳破坏位置与仿真失效位置一致,证明仿真数据可靠。该分析可以为制冷装置用小型压力容器的设计和性能提升提供参考依据。In order to obtain the pulse fatigue life of a small pressure vessel for refrigerant equipment,the mesh of the small pressure vessel is built using the preprocessing software HyperMesh,and then the fatigue life under the pulse load is calculated using the finite element solver OptiStruct.Afterwards,the pulse fatigue test on the small pressure vessel is conducted.The results show that the simulated pulse fatigue life of the existing small pressure vessel is 41960 times,and the average life of the test results is 44124 times,thus the life calculation error is within±5%.In addition,the test fatigue failure position is consistent with the simulation failure position,which proves the reliability of the simulation data.This analysis can provide a reference and basis for the design and performance improvement of small pressure vessels for refrigerant equipment.
