摘  要:R454B是R410A的替代制冷剂之一,总结了北美某风冷涡旋单冷样机中两种制冷剂的性能测试及相关分析。试验结果表明,R454B的充注量约为R410A的79%;制冷量相比R410A降低了2.5%;而EER值提升了4.7%,IPLV提升了0.4%。另外,在部分负荷时,为进一步提高R454B机组性能,笔者通过优化压缩机开关组合及风机转速,可使IPLV进一步提高。R454B is a potential alternative refrigerant of R410A with lower GWP.Performance have been evaluated with R410A and R454B in the Air cooled scroll chiller,including Charge optimization Test and AHRI Cooling Performance Test.The test results showed that R454B accounted for 80%R410A charge amount.For cooling capacity,R454B is 2.5%lower than R410A,but R454B has 4.7%higher EER and 0.4%higher IPLV.At part load,adopt a new algorithm to improve the R454B unit efficiency by optimizing compressor stages and optimization the fan speeds,IPLV eventually increased by 2.5%.
