摘  要:基于JB/T 7225—2017《暖风机》中热水型暖风机热工性能试验方法,对暖风机的空气侧和热水侧的热工性能特点进行解读,并对空气侧和热水侧的热平衡性进行分析,结果显示热水侧放热量与辅侧放热量不能等同于同一概念。建议采用干空气状态下的质量流量计算空气得热量。归纳暖风机性能测试过程中的一些注意事项:依据0 Pa静压差进行性能测试;空气的体积流量为标准状态下的空气体积流量。为正确理解标准中暖风机的性能计算公式、准确检测暖风机的性能提供指导。Based on the thermal performance test method of hot water type unit heater based on JB/T 7225-2017 Unit heater,the thermal performance characteristics of the air side and the hot water side of the unit heater are interpreted.The heat transfer balance between air side and hot water side is analyzed.The results show that the heat transfer capacity of hot water side is different from that of the auxiliary side.It is suggested that the air heat gain should be calculated by the mass flow in dry air state.Some considerations during the performance test of the unit heater are summarized,namely,the performance tests should be conducted based on 0 Pa static pressure difference;the volumetric flow of air refers to the air volumetric flow under the standard condition.The research results provide guidance for correctly understanding the performance calculation equations of the unit heater in the standard and accurately testing the performance of the unit heater.
