成渝地区双城经济圈港口辐射能力测度

摘　　要：为充分发挥成渝地区双城经济圈港口辐射作用,运用港口综合影响力、可达性和场强模型测度该经济圈港口辐射能力,并分析其影响因素及演变特点。结果发现:该经济圈港口综合影响力总体呈上升趋势,港口运营能力、发展潜力是影响港口综合影响力的主要因素;该经济圈港口可达性大幅提升,公路网、铁路网等交通网络加密,推动了港口腹地格局的演变和重塑;该经济圈港口场强分布沿交通干线延伸,港口高场强区范围向西北部扩散趋势明显,对外连接能力逐渐增强;该经济圈港口辐射能力格局演变受港口运营能力、基础设施条件、交通通达度和多式联运方式的显著影响。结合该经济圈港口辐射能力的特点,从港口硬件水平、交通一体化、物流服务能力、集疏运体系4个角度,为提升该经济圈港口辐射能力提供路径和措施建议。To make full use of port radiation function in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle,the radiation capacity of the ports in the economic circle is measured by the port comprehensive influence,the port accessibility and the port field strength model,and the port influencing factors and evolution characteristics are analyzed.It is found that:the comprehensive influence of the ports in the economic circle generally shows an upward trend,and the port operation capacity and the port development potential are the main factors affecting the port comprehensive influence;the port accessibility in the economic circle is greatly improved,and the traffic networks such as highway network and railway network get denser,which promote the evolution and reshaping of the port hinterland layout;the distribution of port field strength in the economic circle extends along the traffic trunk line,the spread trend of the port high field strength area to the northwest is obvious,and the external connection ability is gradually enhanced.The evolution of the port radiation capacity in the economic circle is significantly affected by the port operation capacity,the infrastructure condition,the traffic accessibility and the multi-modal transport mode.Combined with the characteristics of the port radiation capacity in the economic circle,from the four angles of the port hardware level,the transportation integration,the logistics service capacity,and the collection and distribution system,it provides paths and measures for improving the radiation capacity of ports in the economic circle.
