摘 要:为解决正交异性板桥面系耐久性问题,通过理论与足尺试验研究相结合的方法,在大节段足尺疲劳试验模型研究基础上,模拟桥梁结构在行车荷载作用下的实际状况,并分析“RAC+RSMA”高韧树脂铺装足尺结构体系的疲劳损伤状况和长期使用性能。结果表明,开口肋+小横肋结构横向最不利荷位为对齐钢板焊缝位置处,纵向最不利荷位为横隔板与小横肋的跨中位置处;在300 kN荷载作用及最不利加载工况下,“RAC+RSMA”高韧树脂铺装足尺结构铺装表面焊缝处横向应变基本未衰减,钢桥面板焊缝应变仅增大13%,肋间相对挠度平均增幅5%,整体桥面系受力状态良好,铺装和正交异性板均未出现明显损伤。In order to solve the durability problem of orthotropic slab bridge deck,the actual condition of bridge structure under traffic load was simulated based on the full-size fatigue test model of large segments,and the fatigue damage condition and long-term service performance of“RAC+RSMA”high-toughness resin pavement full-size structural system were analyzed by combining theory and full-size test.The results show that the most disadvantageous lateral load position of the structure with open rib and small transverse rib is the weld position of the aligned steel plate,and the most disadvantageous longitudinal load position is the mid-span position of the diaphragm and small transverse rib.Under 300 kN load and the most unfavorable loading condition,the transverse strain of the weld on the surface of“RAC+RSMA”high-toughness resin pavement full-size structure basically did not decay,the weld strain of steel bridge panel only increased by 13%,and the relative deflection between ribs increased by 5%on average.The overall bridge deck system was in good stress state,and no obvious damage occurred in the pavement and orthotropic plate.
