基于贝雷级配法的聚氨酯胶结料机场道面修复性能研究

摘  要:为研究快速修复机场道面的试验材料与骨架结构,文中采用硬段含量为43%~64%的聚氨酯胶结料为研究对象,分析聚氨酯胶结料力学性能与化学结构;基于贝雷法,开展105%~120%设计密度下聚氨酯玛蹄脂碎石混凝土(PU-SMA)早期强度与路用性能研究。结果表明,随着硬段含量增加,PU有序化羰基与氢键化程度增大,强度与成膜速率提升;硬段含量影响着PU-SMA的变形能力,设计密度显著影响着早期与后期路用性能。基于此,在日常抢修时期中,建议采用硬段含量为57%、设计密度为115%的PU-SMA混凝土,实现2~4 h内的永久性修复;在紧急战备时期中,建议采用硬段含量为64%、设计密度为115%的PU-SMA,可实现2 h内的快速修复。For the study of experimental material and skeleton structure for rapid repair of airport runways.In this study,polyurethane(PU)with hard-segment content of 43%~64%were taken as the research object,the mechanical properties and chemical structure of PU were analyzed;The early strength and road performance of PU stone mastic asphalt concrete(PU-SMA)at 105%~120%design density were evaluated based on Bailey method.The test results show that with the increase of the hard-segment content,the degree of ordered carbonyl and hydrogen bonding of PU gradually increases,the strength and film-forming effect are improved.The hard-segment content affects the deformation ability of PU-SMA,and the design density significantly affects the early and late road performance.Based on this,in the daily emergency repair period,it is recommended to use PU-SMA concrete with a hard segment content of 57%and a design density of 115%to achieve permanent repair within 2~4 h;in the emergency readiness period,it is recommended to use hard segment PU-SMA with a content of 64%and a design density of 115%,which can achieve rapid repair within 2 h.
