摘 要:电动汽车无线充电标准的制定对无线充电技术在汽车领域的推广应用具有重要意义。目前国内外现行的电动汽车无线充电系统电磁环境测试标准各有差异,各标准对电磁环境限值、测试项目、无线充电系统工况以及测试位置等方面的规定存在差异,比较分析各标准在电磁环境测试方法及安全限值制定上的异同。IEC 61980-1-2015和ISO 19363-2020规定电磁环境测试仅限于电磁场测试,且后者侧重于无线充电系统对人体暴露电磁场仿真模拟验证;SAE J 2954-2020和GB/T 38775.4-2020都涉及了接触电流测试,且电磁环境测试程序基本一致。GB/T 38775.4-2020是在参考相关国内外导则、标准基础上制定的,测试方法规定相对完善,电磁环境限值可靠性较高,可作为电动汽车无线充电电磁环境测试以及充电设施生产制造的参考标准。The formulation of wireless charging standards for electric vehicles is of great significance to the promotion and application of wireless charging technology in the automotive field.At present, the current electromagnetic environment testing standards of wireless charging systems for electric vehicles at home and abroad are different, and there are differences in regulations on the electromagnetic environment limits, test items, wireless charging system conditions and test locations.IEC 61980-1-2015 and ISO 19363-2020 stipulate that electromagnetic environment testing is limited to electromagnetic field testing, and the latter focuses on the simulation and verification of the wireless charging system for human exposure to electromagnetic field;SAE J 2954-2020 and GB/T 38775.4-2020 both involve contact current testing, and the electromagnetic environment test procedures are basically the same.The national standard GB/T 38775.4-2020 is developed on the basis of relevant domestic and foreign guidelines and standards, the test method provisions are relatively perfect, the electromagnetic environment limits are relatively reliable, and can be used as a reference standard for the electromagnetic environment test of electric vehicles wireless charging and the production system of charging facilities.
