血清Cys C与尿MAL、NAG联合检测在糖尿病肾病早期诊断的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨联合检测血清胱抑素C(Cys C)和尿微量清蛋白(MAL)、尿N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)对早期糖尿病肾病的诊断应用价值。方法将该院收治78例糖尿病患者,均为本院内分泌科就诊的2型糖尿病患者。同时采用透射比浊法及MPT法进行检测。结果三项指标阳性联合诊断糖尿病肾病早期肾损伤时,灵敏度为82.2%,特异度为87.4%,阳性预测值为84.5%。结论尿MAL、NAG和Cys C在糖尿病肾病早期肾损伤中均有重要价值,而三项联合检测对诊断糖尿病肾病早期肾损伤具有较高的诊断价值。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of combined detection of serum CysC,urine MAL and NAG in early diabetic nephropathy.Methods Seventy-eight diabetic patients were treated in our hospital,all of whom were type 2 diabetic patients in our endocrinology department.Meanwhile,turbidimetry and MPT methods were used for detection.Results The sensitivity,specificity,and positive predictive value of the three indexes were 82.2%,87.4%and 84.5%,respectively.Conclusion Urinary microalbumin,urinary N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase and serum cystatin C are all of great value in early renal injury of diabetic nephropathy,and the combined detection of the three levels has high diagnostic value for early renal injury of diabetic nephropathy.
