摘　　要：目的分析南阳市各县区临床检验实验室常规化学的上报结果和成绩,了解不同实验室之间常规化学项目的差异和可比性。方法收集2018—2021年全市各参评实验室常规化学室间质评结果,分析上报实验室的通过率,统计20个项目的合格率及变异系数。结果参加室间质评的实验室数量每年都有增加,且实验室通过率在逐年提升,通过率较高的项目有肌酐,尿酸,丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶和碱性磷酸酶,通过率较低的是氯和钙的,其中氯和钙的平均CV值高于卫生部临床检验中心室间质量评价标准。结论随着各实验室参评意识和能力的提高,各项目PT通过率稳定,由于方法学限制,钙采用离子选择性电极法测定CV值较大,通过率较低,各实验室上报数据要选择相应的方法学。Objective To analyze the returned results and score of routine chemistry of clinical laboratory in nanyang city,and to understand the differences of routine chemistry items among different laboratories.Methods Collected the results of chemistry laboratory quality assessment from 2018 to 2021 in all participating laboratories of the city,and analyzed the pass rate and variation coefficient of 20 items.Results The number of laboratory that participats external qulaty assessment increased from year to year,and the pass rate increase year by year,high pass rate of projects have creatinine,uric acid,alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase and alkaline phosphatase,low pass rate is calcium and chloride,and their CV value is higher than the external quality assessment standard of the Ministry of of health national center for clinical laboratory.Conclusion With the improvement of the awareness and ability of all laboratories to participate in the evaluation,the PT pass rate of all projects is stable.Due to methodological limitations,the determination of CV value of calcium by ion-selective electrode method is higher,and the pass rate is lower.Therefore,all laboratories should select the corresponding methodology to report data.
