摘　　要：目的研究基于互联网模式下社区护士实训经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)的效果。方法选择2022年1月至2023年1月社区护士30名进行观察,按随机数字表法进行分组,分别15例,研究组采取基于互联网模式下PICC实训,对照组接受常规教学,比较各组实训结果。结果研究组优秀率、良好率均高出对照组,但合格率及不合格率较对照组更少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组满意度86.67%高出对照组53.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组在各项考试成绩上均较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症13.33%较对照组53.33%更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组主动服务、护理技能、行为规范、安全改进的评分均高出对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于互联网模式下PICC实训的效果更好,能够有效提高社区护士的考核成绩,并丰富其理论知识,提升操作能力,减少并发症,护士满意度高,值得推广。Objective To study the effect of central venous catheter(PICC)in community nurses based on Internet mode.Methods Thirty community nurses from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected for observation,and grouped according to the random number table method,15 cases respectively.The research group adopted PICC training based on the Internet mode,and the control group received routine teaching and compared the results of training in each group.Results The excellent rate and good rate of the study group were higher than the control group,but the qualified rate and unqualified rate were less than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the study group was 86.67%higher than 53.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The study group had higher scores than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Complications 13.33%were lower than 53.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of active service,nursing skills,code of conduct,and safety improvement were higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on the Internet model,the PICC training has better results,which can effectively improve the assessment results of community nurses,enrich their theoretical knowledge,improve their operation ability,reduce complications,and achieve high satisfaction of nurses,which is worth promoting.
