文化数字化战略背景下的公民健全心理发展挑战和优化路径

摘　　要：随着信息时代向数字化方向迈进,信息技术快速更迭,各行各业经受的不同影响使以人为主体的社会不断变迁,人的心理状态也随之迎来严峻挑战,体现为科技发展与环境适应间的不均衡、文化行业从业者的危机心理以及文化信息接受者的负向情感等。在这一背景下,面对科技与文化的结合,不同视角下公民心理健康育成和维系面临着不同的困难。就民众而言,需要应对自控力缺失、自我认知偏离、群体依附性和精神空虚等风险。而整体环境则面临内容鱼龙混杂和传播不当、恶性竞争和信息壁垒严重、情绪利用和舆论操纵泛滥的挑战。基于社会发展和教育新样态,要不断更新公民素养框架,融入符合时代发展的核心素养,创建合理的高级模型,制定相应测评基准和层级,关注个体的主观感受与心理健康程度,全面提升社会文明度,培养身心健康的新时代高素质公民,凝聚家庭、学校和社会力量共同打造健康数字文化环境,推动建立数字时代文化强国。With the information age moving towards the digital direction,the rapid change of information technology,the different effects of all walks of life make the human-oriented society change constantly,and the psychological state of people also faces severe challenges,which are reflected in the imbalance between the development of science and technology and the adaptation to the environment,the crisis psychology of cultural industry practitioners and the negative emotions of cultural information recipients.In this context,in the face of the combination of technology and culture,the cultivation and maintenance of citizens'mental health from different perspectives are facing different difficulties.As far as the people are concerned,they need to deal with risks such as lack of self-control,self-cognition deviation,group dependence and spiritual emptiness.The overall environment is faced with the challenges of mixed content and improper dissemination,vicious competition and serious information barriers,emotional use and public opinion manipulation.Based on the new pattern of social development and education,we should constantly update the framework of civic literacy,integrate the core literacy in line with the development of the times,create a reasonable advanced model,formulate corresponding evaluation benchmarks and levels,pay attention to the subjective feelings and mental health of individuals,comprehensively improve the degree of social civilization,cultivate high-quality citizens in the new era of physical and mental health,unite families,schools and social forces to jointly create a healthy digital cultural environment,and promote the establishment of a cultural power in the digital age.
