“三新”视域下河南省金融支持产业转型升级研究

摘　　要：以“三新”(新技术、新产业、新业态)视域为切入点,聚焦于河南省金融支持产业转型升级问题。研究发现,河南省在金融支持产业转型升级过程中存在间接金融效率偏低、直接融资占比偏低、金融创新力度不足的问题。河南省应致力于建设创新型金融体系、加强金融科技创新、支持新产业发展、加强金融监管和人才培养,以推动河南省优化产业结构,实现产业转型升级,提高经济发展的质量与效益。From the perspective of new technologies,new industries and new business forms,the paper focuses on the study of the transformation and upgrading of industries supported by finance in Henan province,and analyzes the problems of low indirect financial efficiency,low proportion of direct financing and insufficient financial innovation in the process of financial support for industrial transformation and upgrading in Henan province.It also puts forward the countermeasures of financial support for industrial transformation and upgrading.It is necessary to build an innovative financial system,strengthen financial technology innovation,support the develop⁃ment of new industries,strengthen financial supervision and personnel training so as to optimize the industrial structure,achieve industrial transformation and upgrading and improve the quality and benefit of economic development in Henan province.
