摘 要:大古水电站是目前在建的海拔最高的碾压混凝土重力坝,环境条件特殊、防裂要求高。通水冷却降温法作为效果显著的大坝温控措施之一,在本工程施工中被广泛采用。为准确掌握通水冷却方法对大坝温度、应力及抗裂性能的影响,在比较常用的各类混凝土水管冷却温度场求解算法的基础上,运用基于改进冷却水管埋置单元法的自主研发软件,以大古水电站岸坡坝段为研究对象,结合环境、材料、结构及施工实际情况,系统研究了通水冷却过程对大坝温度、应力及抗裂特性的影响,提出了冷却水温、通水流量及通水时长的具体建议。Dagu Hydropower Station is the highest roller-compacted concrete gravity dam under construction at present,with special environmental conditions and high requirements for crack prevention.As one of the most effective measures of dam temperature control,water cooling method is widely used in the construction of this project.In order to accurately grasp the influence of water cooling process on dam temperature,stress and anti-cracking safety,based on the solving algorithm of the cooling temperature field of various concrete water pipes commonly used in the system,this paper uses the self-developed software based on the improved embedded unit method of cooling water pipes.Taking the dam section of Dagu bank slope as the research object,combined with the environment,materials,structure and actual construction conditions,from the design scheme,the influence of water cooling process on the temperature,stress and crack resistance of the dam is systematically studied,and the specific suggestions of cooling water temperature,flow rate,and watering duration are proposed.
