摘 要:通过对梁子湖流域防洪设施现状和超标准洪水的风险分析,提出了监测预警、洪水调度、转移路线及安置等应对预案。2020年梁子湖流域发生超标准洪水,通过对水情分析,按照预案进行水利工程调度,最大限度保证了抗洪抢险救灾工作科学、高效、有序进行,保障了人民的生命财产安全及城区经济社会安全与可持续发展。With the analysis of the current situation of the flood control facilities and the over-standard flood risks in Liangzi Lake Basin,corresponding response plans in monitoring and early warning,flood regulation,transfer routes and resettlement work are proposed.In 2020,an over-standard flood occurred in Liangzi Lake Basin.With the analysis of the water regime situation and the regulation of water conservancy projects according to the response plans,the flood control and disaster relief work was carried out scientifically,efficiently and orderly,ensuring the safety of people’s lives and property,as well as the economic and social security and sustainable development of the urban areas.
