摘  要:随着新能源发电比例不断攀升,电网面临平抑新能源出力波动和消纳新能源电量的压力,抽水蓄能电站的调峰调频和旋转备用的重要性日益突出。本文基于湖南电网2018年至2022年15 min间隔的负荷过程、新能源发电过程和黑麋峰抽水蓄能电站抽水-发电过程,采用日峰谷差、日均方差、日负荷变幅等指标,分析湖南电网消纳新能源出力后净负荷特点,评价黑麋峰电站运行效果。结果表明:黑麋峰电站运行能明显减少净负荷日峰谷差和日负荷变幅,平抑电网净负荷波动效果显著。With the continuous increase of the proportion of new energy generation,the power grid is of great pressure to suppress the output fluctuation of new energy generation and absorb the generated new energy electricity.The importance of the pumped storage power stations in peak shaving,frequency regulation and rotating backup is becoming prominent.Based on the 15 minute interval load process,new energy generation process and the pumping-generation process of Heimifeng Pumped Storage Power Station in Hunan Power Grid from 2018 to 2022,indexes such as the daily peak-valley difference,daily mean variance,and daily load variation are used to analyze the net load characteristics of the power grid after absorbing new energy output and evaluate the operation performance of Heimifeng Pumped Storage Power Station.The results show that the operation of Heimifeng Pumped Storage Power Station has a significant effect in suppressing the net load fluctuation in the power grid as it can significantly reduce the daily peak-valley difference and daily load variation of the net load.
