摘 要:大跨度闸门相对于同类型闸门,其制作、运输、安装难度均大幅度增加,同时,受到门槽周围土建结构和环境条件所限,挡洪闸门不能整体入槽。本文基于挡洪闸门三维有限元分析数据,对大跨度闸门制定了合理分节分段以及分节入槽安装方案,解决了大跨度平面闸门制作安装过程中的分节分段难题,为余姚西分工程顺利建成、发挥功能奠定了基础。Compared to the same type of gates,the fabrication,transportation and installation of large-span gates are much more difficult.Also,due to the limitations of the civil engineering structures and environmental conditions around the gate slots,the flood control gate cannot be installed into the slots as a whole.Based on the results of three-dimensional finite element analysis of the gate,a reasonable sectional and segmented fabrication and slotting installation scheme is proposed,which solves the segmented installation problem during the fabrication and installation process of large-span plane gates.It provides a solid foundation for the smooth completion and operation of the Yuyao West Branch Project.
