摘　　要：本文分析了城域间交通一卡通清结算业务现状与需求,介绍了跨城域清结算的预警处理机制和建设清算监控体系的必要性,从业务可行性角度提出一种风险监控指标,并从清结算平台的可扩展性出发探究区块链技术的应用。This paper analyzes the status quo and demand of inter-metro transportation card clearing and settlement business,introduces the early warning processing mechanism of cross-metro clearing and settlement and the necessity of building a clearing monitoring system,proposes a risk monitoring index from the perspective of business feasibility,and explores the application of blockchain technology from the scalability of the clearing and settlement platform.
