摘  要:现如今肺部疾病的发病率在世界范围内呈直线上升趋势。开发优于传统疾病模型的新型疾病模型迫在眉睫。肺类器官概括了肺的重要特征,如异质细胞组成、空间组织和保留具有自我更新和分化能力的干细胞群。本篇综述讨论人类肺类器官发展历史,构建发育和疾病模型的应用、优点和缺点,并概述了肺类器官近几年研究进展与未来必须克服的挑战。Up to date,the incidence of lung disease is on the rise worldwide.There is an urgent need to develop novel disease models that are superior to traditional disease models.Lung organoids recapitulate important characteristics of the lung,such as heterogeneous cell composition,spatial organization,and retention of a population of stem cells capable of self-renewal and differentiation.This review discusses the developmental history of human lung organoids,an the applications,advantages,and disadvantages of human lung organoids as developmental and disease models,and outlines the recent advances in lung organoids research and the challenges that must be overcome in the future.
