摘  要:冠状动脉再血管化是治疗严重冠心病最有效的方法,再血管化后心肌力学改变是评估冠脉再血管化后疗效主要的评价方式之一。因此正确评价冠状动脉再血管化后心肌收缩功能对于冠心病疗效的评估及预后判断具有重要意义。评估心肌功能的方法有:磁共振显像,心肌核素显像及超声心动图等,因超声心动图便捷、快速等特点,临床上广泛应用超声心动图评估心脏结构及功能。而在此基础上发展的斑点追踪技术使动态追踪心肌运动轨迹、定量评价心肌功能成为可能。现对目前常用评价冠状动脉再血管化后心肌收缩功能的方法进行综述。Coronary artery revascularization is the most effective treatment for severe coronary heart disease,and myocardial mechanical changes is one of the main ways to evaluate the efficacy of coronary artery revascularization.Therefore,the correct evaluation of myocardial systolic function after coronary artery revascularization is of great significance for the evaluation of the efficacy and prognosis of coronary heart disease.Methods for evaluating myocardial function include magnetic resonance imaging,myocardial nuclide imaging and echocardiography.Due to the convenience and speed of echocardiography,it is widely used in clinical practice to evaluate cardiac structure and function.The speckle tracking technology developed on this basis makes it possible to dynamically track myocardial movement and quantitatively evaluate myocardial function.This article reviews the methods commonly used to evaluate myocardial systolic function after coronary artery revascularization.
