摘　　要：目的:探讨蛋白酶活化受体(PARs)家族成员在胃癌中的表达状态对患者生存结局的影响。方法:基于基因表达谱交互分析(GEPIA)数据库分析PARs成员信使核糖核酸(mRNA)在胃癌组织中的表达水平,并借助Kaplan–Meier Plotter在线工具分析PAR1~4表达对患者总生存期(OS)、进展生存期(FP)及复发后生存期(PPS)的影响。结果:GEPIA收录数据分析表明,尽管PAR1~4在胃癌组织中表达升高,但PAR4在肿瘤组织和对照样本中的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Kaplan–Meier Plotter分析结果表明,PAR1表达并不影响胃癌患者的临床生存期;PAR2升高会缩短患者复发后的生存期;PAR3和PAR4升高则大幅度缩减患者的临床生存期。结论:PAR3和PAR4在肿瘤中的表达状态可作为判断胃癌患者预后生存期的参考指标。Objective To investigate the influence of the expression status of protease-activated receptor(PARs)family member’s expression in gastric cancer on patient survival outcomes.Methods Using data from the gene expression profiling data interaction analysis(GEPIA)and Kaplan-Meier Plotter online tool.The messenger ribonucleic acid(mRNA)expression levels of members of the PARs family in tissues affected by gastric cancer was analysed.To further assess the impact of PAR1-4 expression on overall survival(OS),first-progression survival(FP),and post-progression survival(PPS)in patients by Kaplan-Meier Plotter.Results GEPIA data revealed that PAR1-4 expression levels were increased in gastric cancer tissue,but PAR4 was not show significant difference between tumor tissue and control samples.Base on Kaplan-Meier Plotter,PAR1 expression had not effect on the clinical survival of patients.Conversely,aberrant PAR2 expression reduced the survival of patients after recurrence.It was noteworthy that abnormal PAR3 and PAR4 expression significantly impacted patient survival outcomes.Conclusion The expression levels of PAR3 and PAR4 are important indictors for determining the prognostic survival of patients with gastric cancer.They could potentially serve as a key factor in ascertaining the prognostic survival of patient.
