灭菌物品信息化追溯系统在提高复用医疗器械再处理质量及器械丢失率的观察

摘　　要：目的:分析灭菌物品信息化追溯系统在提高复用医疗器械再处理质量及器械丢失率的观察。方法:纳入2022年1月~2022年8月的200件复用医疗器材为对照组,采取常规消毒灭菌管理;另纳入2022年9月~2023年4月的200件复用医疗器材为观察组,采取灭菌物品信息化追溯系统;对比分析管理后复用医疗器械再处理质量(清洗合格、包装合格、消毒灭菌合格、医疗器械回收合格率)、器械丢失率,器械损坏率及下发错误率。结果:观察组复用医疗器械再处理质量明显高于对照组,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组器械丢失率、器械损坏率、下发错误率明显低于对照组,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:灭菌物品信息化追溯系统能够有助于提高复用医疗器械再处理质量,较常规消毒灭菌管理更能降低器械丢失率与下发错误率等,提高复用器械管理质量。Objective:To analyze the observation of sterilization information tracing system in improving the reprocessing quality and device loss rate of reused medical devices.Methods:200 reused medical devices from January 2022 to August 2022 were included as control group,and routine disinfection and sterilization management were adopted.In addition,200 reusable medical devices from September 2022 to April 2023 were included as the observation group,and the sterilization information traceability system was adopted.Compare and analyze the reprocessing quality(qualified cleaning,qualified packaging,qualified disinfection and sterilization,qualified recovery rate of medical devices),device loss rate,device damage rate,and delivery error rate of medical devices after management.Results:The reprocessing quality of medical devices in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The loss rate,damage rate and delivery error rate of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The sterilization information tracing system can help improve the reprocessing quality of reused medical devices,reduce the device loss rate and delivery error rate more than conventional disinfection and sterilization management,improve the quality of reused devices management.
