摘  要:目的:探讨心脏超声、心电图、磁共振成像(MRI)技术诊断心尖肥厚型心肌病的效果及应用价值。方法:以2019年7月~2022年12月到本院就诊的95例疑似心尖肥厚型心肌病患者为研究对象,以基因检测或心内膜活检为诊断金标准,对比分析心脏超声、心电图、MRI技术的诊断效能。结果:诊断准确率、灵敏度、特异性及阴性预测值对比结果显示MRI>心脏超声>心电图(P<0.05),阳性预测值对比差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论:心脏超声、心电图、MRI均能够诊断心尖肥厚型心肌病,其中MRI诊断效能更高,临床建议疑似心尖肥厚型心肌病患者可选择心脏超声与心电图进行初步筛查,对于检查阴性患者,可接受MRI技术再次诊断,以提高诊断准确性。Objective:To investigate the effect and application value of cardiac ultrasound,electrocardiogram and MRI(nuclear magnetic resonance)in diagnosing apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.Methods:A total of 95 patients with suspected apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy who came to our hospital from July 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,and the diagnostic efficacy of cardiac ultrasound,electrocardiogram and MRI were compared and analyzed using gene detection or endocardial biopsy as the diagnostic gold standard.Results:The diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity,specificity and negative predictive value showed MRI>echocardiography>electrocardiogram(P<0.05),while the positive predictive value had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Cardiac ultrasound,electrocardiogram and MRI can all diagnose apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy,among which MRI has a higher diagnostic efficiency.It is clinically recommended that patients with suspected apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy can choose cardiac ultrasound and electrocardiogram for preliminary screening,and for patients with negative tests,MRI technology can be used for re-diagnosis to improve diagnostic accuracy.
