摘　　要：目的:分析某型血细胞分离机在外周血干细胞采集中的应用效果。方法:从2023年3月23日~2023年5月31日在本院接受造血干细胞移植的患者中抽取24例进行研究,所有患者全部使用血细胞分离机获取外周血干细胞悬液,记录血小板、红细胞、白细胞、血红蛋白以及CD34^(+)等血细胞参数,而后再采集患者外周血同样分析上述血细胞参数,明确相关设备的采集效果。结果:相较于外周血,外周血干细胞悬液CD34^(+)、白细胞计数、血红蛋白以及血小板水平更高。结论:使用费森尤斯卡比COM.TEC血细胞分离机对外周血进行处理能够采集到更符合造血干细胞移植需求的外周血干细胞悬液,应用该设备可优化外周血干细胞参数,有助于进一步强化造血干细胞移植的整体治疗效果。Objective:To analyze the application effect of a type of blood cell separator in peripheral blood stem cell collection.Methods:A total of 24 patients who received hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in our hospital between March 23,2023 and May 31,2023 were selected for study.Blood cell separator was used to obtain peripheral blood stem cell suspension in all patients,and blood cell parameters such as platelets,red blood cells,white blood cells,hemoglobin and CD34+were recorded.Then peripheral blood of patients was collected and the above blood cell parameters were analyzed to determine the collection effect of relevant equipment.Results:Compared with peripheral blood,CD34^(+),white blood cell count,hemoglobin and platelet levels in peripheral blood stem cell suspension were higher.Conclusion:Peripheral blood stem cell suspension more in line with the requirements of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation can be collected by using the COM.TEC blood cell separator,which can optimize peripheral blood stem cell parameters and help to further strengthen the overall therapeutic effect of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
