摘  要:目的:探讨全自动设备在血站血液检测中的应用情况。方法:纳入2021年1月~2022年12月血站采集的100份血液样本作为研究对象,随机分组,观察组使用全自动酶免分析系统+全自动加样器检测血站血液样本,对照组用手工方式检测,比较两种检测手段的应用效果。结果:全自动设备检测精确度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);全自动设备非特异性反应低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);全自动设备检测灵敏度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全自动设备在血站血液检测中的应用价值较高,能够提高血液样本检测精确度和灵敏度,能够降低非特异性反应。Objective:To explore the application of fully automated equipment in blood testing at blood stations.Methods:The study period was from January 2021 to December 2022,randomly group 100 blood samples from the blood station as the research object.The observation group used a fully automated enzyme immunoassay system and a fully automated sampler to test the blood samples from the blood station,while the control group used manual testing to compare the application effects of the two detection methods.Results:The detection accuracy of fully automated equipment was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The non-specific response of fully automated equipment was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The detection sensitivity of fully automated equipment was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application value of fully automated equipment in blood testing at blood stations is high,which can improve the accuracy and sensitivity of blood sample detection,reduce non-specific reactions.
