可视型双腔支气管导管插管对单肺通气手术患者的成功率与不良事件发生率的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察单肺通气手术患者应用可视型双腔支气管导管插管的临床效果及安全性。方法:纳入2019年1月~2023年1月本院收治单肺通气手术患者105例,根据插管方式差异为准对患者进行组别设定,对照组患者40例,给予双腔气管插管通过听诊器定位后进行单肺通气麻醉,观察组患者65例,给予可视型双腔支气管导管插管麻醉。比较两种插管方式下气管导管一次性成功率、并发症情况。结果:观察组患者一次性置入成功率显著高于对照组患者,定位所需时间短于对照组患者(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后相关并发症事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:单肺通气手术中应用可视型双腔支气管导管插管麻醉可更好地保障插管成功率与安全性。Objective:To explore the clinical effect and safety of visual double-lumen bronchial catheter intubation in patients undergoing single lung ventilation surgery.Methods:105 patients with single lung ventilation surgery treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2023 were included,and the groups of patients were set according to the differences in intubation methods.40 patients in the control group were given double lumen tracheal intubation and then given single lung ventilation anesthesia after positioning by stethoscope,and 65 patients in the observation group were given visual double-cavity bronchial catheter intubation anesthesia.The one-time success rate of tracheal catheter,serum index level and complications of the two intubation methods were compared.Results:The success rate of one-time implantation in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,and the positioning time was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of visual double lumen bronchial catheter anesthesia in single lung ventilation operation can better guarantee the success rate and safety of intubation.
