摘　　要：目的:在复杂性肾结石患者临床治疗过程中采取微创经皮肾镜碎石术与经皮肾镜联合输尿管软镜碎石术,观察上述两种治疗方式的疗效差异。方法:选取2019年3月~2022年3月本院治疗的100例复杂性肾结石患者,采取随机分组模式(按照入院时间的单双号)将其均分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用微创经皮肾镜碎石术治疗,观察者采用经皮肾镜联合输尿管软镜碎石术治疗。结果:观察组手术治疗时长较对照组更短,术后出血量较对照组更少,结石清除率较对照组更高,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05),术前两组患者肌酐、血尿素氮差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后1个月,观察组肌酐、血尿素氮均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率差异不明显,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:经皮肾镜联合输尿管软镜碎石术对复杂性肾结石所造成的手术创伤影响更小,结石清除率更高,且安全可靠。Objective:To investigate the differences in the efficacy of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotripsy or percutaneous nephrolithotripsy combined with flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy in the clinical treatment of patients with complex renal stones.Methods:Select 100 patients with complex renal stones who were treated in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2022,and randomly divide them into a control group and an observation group using a single or double number of admission times.Results:The duration of surgical treatment in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the amount of postoperative bleeding was less than that in the control group,and the stone removal rate was higher than that in the control group.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in Cr and BUN between the two groups before surgery(P>0.05);1 month after surgery,Cr and BUN in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in complication rates between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Percutaneous nephroscopy combined with flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy has a smaller impact on the surgical trauma caused by complex renal stones,a higher stone removal rate,and is safe and reliable.
