摘　　要：目的:研究高、低通量血液透析器用于糖尿病肾病患者中的效果。方法:选取2019年12月~2022年3月厦门市第五医院肾脏内科收治的180例糖尿病肾病患者,根据不同方法分为两组,高通量血液透析疗法者为观察组,低通量血液透析疗法者为对照组,比较治疗效果。结果:透析3个月后,两组的空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、尿素清除指数、钙水平相比无统计学差异(P>0.05);观察组的白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α、超敏-C反应蛋白、血磷、全段甲状腺旁激素水平低于对照组(P<0.005)。结论:高通量血液透析疗法用于糖尿病肾病患者中取得了较好效果。Objective:To investigate the effect of high and low pass hemodialyzers in diabetic nephropathy(DN)patients.Methods:A total of 180 patients with DN admitted to the Department of Nephrology,Xiamen Fifth Hospital from December 2019 to March 2022 were selected and divided into different methods two groups,high-pass hemodialysis(HFHD)therapy group(observation group),low-pass hemodialysis(LFHD)therapy group,to compare the therapeutic effect.Results:After 3 months of dialysis,there were no significant differences in fasting blood glucose(FPG),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),urea clearance index(Kt/V)and calcium levels between the two groups(P>0.05).The levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),blood phosphorus and total parathyroid hormone(iPTH)in observation group were lower than those in LFHD group(P<0.05).Conclusion:HFHD therapy has achieved good results in patients with DN.
