锁定钢板内固定结合同种异体骨植骨方案用于胫骨平台骨折患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:分析胫骨平台骨折患者接受锁定钢板内固定结合同种异体骨植骨方案治疗的效果。方法:选取2019年8月~2021年5月本院收治的胫骨平台骨折患者68例,依据随机数字表法分组,每组各34例,对照组为锁定钢板内固定结合自体髂骨植骨方案治疗,观察组为锁定钢板内固定结合同种异体骨植骨方案治疗,比较两组疗效、围手术期相关指标、膝关节Lysholm评分、并发症及平台高度丢失率。结果:两组疗效优良率比较无差异(P>0.05);观察组手术时间及切口愈合时间更短,术中出血量更少(P<0.05),但两组骨折愈合时间比较无差异(P>0.05);观察组Lysholm评分高于对照组(P<0.05);两组并发症总发生率比较无差异(P>0.05);两组平台高度丢失率比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论:锁定钢板内固定结合同种异体骨植骨方案治疗效果确切,有效改善其关节功能,缩短治疗时间,促使其切口尽早愈合,有效改善患者预后。Objective:To analyze the effect of locking plate internal fixation combined with allograft in the treatment of tibial plateau fractures.Methods:68 patients with tibial plateau fractures admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to May 2021 were selected and divided into groups using a random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with locking steel plate internal fixation combined with autologous iliac bone grafting,while the observation group was treated with locking steel plate internal fixation combined with allogeneic bone grafting.The efficacy,perioperative related indicators,knee Lysholm score,complications,and platform height loss rate of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no difference in the excellent and good rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The operation time and incision healing time of the observation group were shorter,and the intraoperative blood loss was less(P<0.05),but there was no difference in fracture healing time between the two groups(P>0.05).The Lysholm score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no difference in platform height loss rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Locking plate internal fixation combined with allograft bone grafting has definite therapeutic effect,which can effectively improve joint function,shorten treatment time,promote incision healing as early as possible,and effectively improve the prognosis of patients.
