经跗骨窦切口微创钢板内固定用于跟骨骨折治疗中的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:分析跟骨骨折患者以经跗骨窦切口微创钢板内固定进行临床治疗的效果及价值。方法:选择2018年1月~2022年12月进行跟骨骨折治疗患者80例,根据数字表随机分组法分为对照组、观察组,各40例,外侧扩大入路切开钢板内固定治疗用于对照组,经跗骨窦切口微创钢板内固定治疗用于观察组,对两组间相关指标状况实施对比。结果:临床指标方面,观察组术中出血量(43.47±8.52)mL、手术时间(87.35±12.41)min、骨折愈合时间(72.16±9.68)d较对照组更佳(P<0.05)。Maryland足功能评分方面,观察组术后6个月(83.57±2.41)分、术后12个月(87.89±2.75)分、术后24个月(91.74±2.89)分均较对照组高(P<0.05)。术后视觉模拟评分法评分方面,观察组(5.01±1.11)分较对照组低(P<0.05)。并发症方面,观察组更低(P<0.05)。满意度方面,观察组总满意度97.50%更高(P<0.05)。结论:跟骨骨折患者临床治疗开展以经跗骨窦切口微创钢板内固定进行,有着显著的临床效果,对于足功能改善作用明显。Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect and value of minimally invasive plate fixation through tarsal sinus incision in the treatment of calcaneal fractures.Methods:80 patients with calcaneal fracture were divided into two groups randomly by digital table.40 patients in each group were selected as the reference group and the experimental group,the time of admission was selected from January 2018 to December 2022.The lateral enlarged approach and open plate fixation were used in the control group,and the minimally invasive plate fixation through the incision of tarsal sinus was used in the experimental group.Results:Compared with the control group,the clinical indexes of the experimental group were(43.47±8.52)mL of blood loss,(87.35±12.41)min of operation time and(72.16±9.68)d of fracture healing time(P<0.05).Maryland foot function score in experimental group was higher than that in control group at 6 months(83.57±2.41),12 months(87.89±2.75)and 24 months(91.74±2.89)(P<0.05).The VAS score of the experimental group(5.01±1.11)was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The probability of complications was 2.50%lower in the experimental group(P<0.05).In terms of satisfaction,97.50%of the total satisfaction was higher in the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical treatment of calcaneal fracture with minimally invasive plate through tarsal sinus incision has a significant clinical effect,for the improvement of foot function.
